mindfulness experiences. The 1st half of each reaction piece will be your thoughts on that day’s
required reading. The 2nd half will discuss what happened for you with the home mindfulness
experience for that day. Total length will be 3-4 pages (double-spaced) and will be graded check,
check plus, or check minus. The grade is not for how “correct” they are, but for how deeply and
effectively they are getting into the ideas. (Please include page citations to the required reading for
that day.)
